As an IT Recruiter, you will support priority positions and talent pipelines across the enterprise and recruit mid to advanced-level Software Engineering, Solution & Data Architects, Cloud, Cyber, Applications Services, Enterprise IT (Information Technology), and Data & Analytical talent.
Education: Bachelor’s in IT (Optional)
Skills:
Fundamental sourcing and recruiting skills are needed to build relationships with talent in the community. The candidate must have strong time management skills, thoroughness, follow-through, and dedication to full disclosure with account recruiters regarding candidates.
- Full Cycle Recruiting experience required.
- You will do well in this position if you are highly detail-oriented, able to use good judgment and maintain an elevated level of confidentiality and sensitivity.
- Capable of MS Office applications, software, and applicant tracking systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- In this role, you will work as part of a core sourcing team supporting recruiters in sectors and divisions.
- Ability to communicate and manage customer expectations with a keen focus on performance and return on investment.
- Experience using complex Boolean strings, Chrome extensions, and social mining sourcing techniques.
- Strong ATS/CRM/Technical skills with the ability to utilize technology to increase productivity and achieve results.
- Taking advantage of digital recruiting resources.
- Conducting interviews.
- Drafting and posting job opportunity advertisements.
- Guiding internal recommendations.
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various sources and platforms.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on a variety of tasks and projects.
- Full Cycle Recruiting experience required.
- 1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Conduct research to identify market intelligence, competitive intelligence, and supply & demand prior to embarking on a search.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies that align with business priorities including sourcing, assessment, organizational fit, and closing.
- Proactively build qualified talent pipelines to meet growing business demands through research, internet sourcing, recruitment marketing campaigns, events, and more.
- Sourcing and strategic talent acquisition experience with demonstrated success in developing innovative and passive recruiting strategies to meet company demands.
